It focuses on "digital" love, using texts, email, and internet dating. This information "for love in the new millennium" just isn't current. If you subtract those chapters, you are left with a tiny bit of relevant information and advice. I only found one chapter, that on Finding True|From the Back Cover||The Complete Idiot's Guide to a Healthy Relationship, 2E offers advice that is relevant and useful to anyone in any relationship.
