Even tough it is a compilation of papers and letters, written over three decades, it has no table of contents, no index, and no way of browsing through it efficiently. How can one possibly find a specific paper or letter this way? The same holds|About the Author|Heinz Kohut (1913-81) was professorial lecturer in psychiatry at the University of Chicago and president of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
